Welcome to Akshar ID Cards. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

Akshar ID Cards is engaged in manufacturing and supplying customized ID cards, printed lanyards, badge accessories, holders, yoyo reels, and related printing products.

All orders are processed according to customer requirements, design approvals, and production availability.

2. GST & Jurisdiction

• GST @ 18% will be applicable on the total billing amount as per government rules.
• All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.

3. Pricing

• Product pricing may vary depending on quantity, material, printing requirements, customization, and market conditions.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the order is confirmed.
• Final pricing will be confirmed before production.

4. Order Confirmation & Design Approval

• Final design approval from the customer is mandatory before printing.
• Customers are requested to carefully check names, spellings, mobile numbers, QR codes, logos, colors, and all printing details before approval.
• Once the design is approved and production starts, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
• Akshar ID Cards will not be responsible for errors approved by the customer.

5. Payment Terms

• 60% advance payment is mandatory for order confirmation.
• Remaining 40% payment must be completed before dispatch or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Orders may be delayed or held in case of pending payments.

6. Production Timeline

• Customized manufacturing and printing orders generally require 4 to 7 working days depending on quantity, design, and production workload.
• Urgent orders may be accepted based on production availability.

7. Quantity Variation

• Lanyard printing and certain bulk production jobs are manufactured in batches.
• Customers must accept a quantity variation of up to ±4% in the final delivered quantity.

8. Color & Printing Variation

• Slight color variations may occur due to screen display settings, printing process, material differences, or batch production.
• Minor variations in finishing, alignment, cutting, stitching, or print placement may occur during manufacturing.
• Such minor variations will not be considered defects.

9. Customer Content Responsibility

• Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of all provided artwork, logos, names, photographs, contact details, QR codes, and printing information.
• Customers must ensure they have proper rights or permission to use submitted logos, trademarks, images, and content.
• Akshar ID Cards will not be liable for copyright, trademark, spelling, or content-related issues in customer-approved designs.

10. Shipping & Delivery

• We provide delivery services across India & Worldwide.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, transport issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or transport services.

11. Ready Order Collection

• Completed orders should be collected within 4 days after completion notification.
• After this period, any damage, storage issue, loss, or misplacement will not be our responsibility.

12. Returns & Refunds

• Customized, personalized, and printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Replacement requests will only be considered in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect products supplied by us.
• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos for verification.

13. Goods Once Sold

• In certain conditions, goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.

14. Limitation of Liability

• Akshar ID Cards’ liability is limited only to the value of the ordered products.
• We shall not be responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, delayed usage, profit loss, courier delays, or damages caused after delivery and customer handling.

15. Privacy

• Customer information shared with us is kept confidential and used only for order processing, communication, billing, and delivery purposes.
• We do not sell or share customer information with unauthorized third parties.

16. Intellectual Property

• All website content, product images, logos, branding materials, designs, and text belong to Akshar ID Cards and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without permission.

17. Acceptance of Terms

• Customers are requested to read all Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order, making payment, or confirming through online chat, WhatsApp, email, or billing counter.
• Placing an order with us will be considered acceptance of all Terms & Conditions mentioned above.

18. Changes to Terms

Akshar ID Cards reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
